Our Story
Time-Pop was born from a simple frustration: "What have I actually been doing all week?" Filling out timesheets at the end of the week was tedious, inaccurate, and uninspiring. We needed a fun, unobtrusive way to track tasks as they happen.
Fifteen years ago, we developed the prototype of this idea and used it for years to track our time for billing clients. When the program became too outdated to run on modern Windows versions, we embarked on an ambitious project to rewrite it from scratch using AI tools and Flutter, a modern programming language.
Flutter allows the same code to run across different operating systems, enabling us to bring Time-Pop's convenience to everyone. The Free version maintains a local database on your device. Our Pro version synchronizes time tracking across multiple devices and integrates with third-party project management and accounting platforms. The Enterprise version enables companies to deploy Time-Pop across teams, assign projects to individuals, and monitor progress from a central dashboard.
