Time-Pop offers different versions of its time tracking application:

  • Free Version: Stores all data locally on your device with features for personal time tracking, project management, and report generation.
  • Pro Version: Includes advanced features with secure data transmission to a central database for enhanced functionality.
  • Enterprise Version: Provides team collaboration tools with centralized data management and third-party integrations.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data
  • You agree to use the application in accordance with applicable laws
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • You agree not to reverse engineer or modify the application

Data Privacy

Free Version: Local Data Storage

The free version stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal time tracking data on our servers.

Pro and Enterprise Versions: These versions include team features that require secure transmission of data to our central database. Data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling in these versions.

You retain ownership of your data, but Pro and Enterprise users should be aware that data synchronization enables team access and collaboration features.

Limitation of Liability

Time-Pop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Intellectual Property

The Time-Pop application and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Termination

You may terminate your use of Time-Pop at any time. Upon termination, your data remains on your device and you are responsible for its management.

Changes to Terms
